Welcome to Beginner Band!
We believe that every student should have the opportunity to be in band even if they missed the chance to join during their middle school year. We currently offer beginner courses for woodwinds and brass instruments.
Will beginner band be a good fit for you? Well, it will be if you are in one of these categories:
No prior music experience
No prior band experience;
Orchestra students, band is a great way to continue your musical journey at Naaman Forest
Former band students who want to come back and forgot how to play their instrument
Join us with an idea of what instrument you would like to play. You will try out a few instrument and we will choose what instrument will fit you best.
Marching Band is not mandatory for beginner band students but it is highly encouraged.
