Weekly Update (Oct 21 - Oct 27)
The Update:
Students, great work and performance at Winnsboro: the Battle for the Spear! Your focus and determination during the last stretch allowed you to take your show to another level. Let’s continue this determination and discipline this week and have three more performances.
We will have our fine arts showcase this Friday. We need your assistance selling tickets on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday during D lunch. We need two volunteers for each day. If you are interested please communicate with Mr. Falls.
Please block out this Saturday, October 26th in case we make it to Area!
Please look at the rehearsal schedule below.
Rehearsal is finally normal this week!
Monday: 3:30 pm - 7:00 pm at Naaman
Tuesday: Contest Day
Wednesday: 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm at HBJ
Thursday: No Rehearsal
Friday: Game v. North Garland
SPRING TRIP PAYMENT: 2nd installment of the spring trip has not been collected. Please turn in the $75 to Mr. Falls as soon as possible!
Students, you have lost your game day face painting privileges for this Friday’s game. The reason is that the paint has been not cleaned up in several places around our spaces. Paint bottles and brushes have been left out and tables and stands have paint on them.
Parents, we can always use support during the games and competitions. We have UIL: region this Tuesday and hopefully a UIL: Area this Saturday, please help out if you can! For questions, please contact Mrs. Lydia, at volunteer@naamanforestband.org
You can also sign up for volunteering here.
Lastly, for those who have not brought the required items, please bring them this week. Please look at the supplemental supplies section below to know what items to bring.
Thank you all!
Please feel free to contact us with any questions by email or remind.
