    • On their own

    • Hours 12:00 - 5:00

  • Hosting Academy Drum and Bugle Corps: $3000

  • Ticket Sells for Band Fest: Full Proceeds

  • World’s Finest Chocolate Ticket Sells: Full Proceeds

  • Other Fundraisers TBD: Full Proceeds

What do we need from families

  • Commitment in writing from Parents to pay Full $250

    • If fundraising is successful, we will either reduce the price or add the additional Friday. 

  • Non-Refundable Deposit Payment Due Friday, August 23rd

    • $75 

    • Cash or Check made payable to Band Boosters

  • Remaining balance Due Friday, September 27th

    • $175 

    • Cash or check made payable to Band Booster

Trip will happen with a minimum or 10 students


Football Games

  • Fridays Mostly

    • Generally dismissed at 10:30/11:00pm at Naaman

    • Parents suggested to attend as many games as possible to support their kids.

  • Students are fed by boosters before every game. 

  • Donations are always appreciated.

  1. Sept 2nd: Labor Day Parade/Rehearsal Day

  2. Sept 21st: Drumline

  3. Sept 28th: Full Band/ All Day Event

  4. Sept 30th: Band Fest/ Event of a School night

  5. Oct 1st: Weekday - Day Time Contest in Carrollton

  6. Oct 5th: Early Contest/ Students can go to Homecoming Dance

  7. Oct 12th: Full Day

  8. Oct 19th: Full Day

  9. Oct 22nd: Region Marching Contest: Mesquite Memorial

  10. Oct 26th: Area Marching Contest: Mesquite Memorial


Fall Break

  • Students have 4 days off

    • Sunday, October 13th - Wednesday, October 16th

  • All Performances are Mandatory

    • Friday October 11th

    • Saturday, October 12th

    • Friday, October 18th

    • Saturday, October 19th

  • All Rehearsal are Mandatory

    • Thursday, October 17th 8:00am - 12:00pm at HBJ

    • Friday, October 18th 12:00pm - 5:00pm at William

      • Dinner and Game time Snack are included.
